Princess Beatrice of England was born on 14 Apr 1857. She died on 26 Oct 1944. Children were:

i. Marquess Alexander of Carisbrooke was born in 1886. He died on 23 Feb 1960.
9 ii. Victoria Eugenie "Ena" of Battenburg Queen Consort of Spain.
iii. Leopold of Battenburg was born in 1889. He died in 1922.
iv. Maurice of Battenburg was born in 1891. He died in 1914, killed in WWI.
